Will moment warranty my skis?

so i was trying to get my moment stilettos mounted, and the guy at the shop just called and said that when he was drilling in for one of the heel pieces, it felt like he was drilling into particle board. He says that if he mounts my bindings they will probably rip out really easily. I didnt actually receive his call, so i dont know the specifics, but i guess he says its a factory default in the core of the skis or something and that he's going to try to get moment to warranty them. Im just wondering if theres a good chance they will or not? any help is appreciated, thanks

If there is genuinely a factory fault and you bought them off a legit retailer then moment will sort you out, they are super legit about their warranty.

call moment let them know what happened. they will probably have you send them back so they can look at them. then they will deciede if they are covered by the warrenty

yeah, d-structure is a licensed retailer i think.
i don't think you'll have any problems getting them warranteed.

factory defect, not default
and yes, it will be warrantied, unless moment is nuts
