does anyone think that the canon vixia hf s100 would be a good camera to make ski edits. i have a mac also so would the camera work with my mac? thanks

The hfs100 is a nice camera. You are able to edit the AVCHD with a dual core processor but it does become a little slow at times. A quad core would be good to have. I like the big threads on the camera cause you can put on some nice lenses to the camera. The low light is good but doesn't have very many manual controls just as many as the hv30. Overall it's an upgrade from the hv30 and it's tapeless if you find that a huge problem.
