So it's that time of year again..
People are hiking to spots with great pow and out into the back country. Just remember to check your local Avalanche Center for the conditionds before heading out. I remember last season, there were many deaths from avalanches. In Colorado an average of six people are killed each year. There have been six human triggered slides in CO already this season. Three in three in rocky mountain national park, one on Lovaland Pass, Jones Pass and Independence Pass. Remember to always travel in groups. Just be prepared guys, thats all I am saying. It sucks to read the local paper or sign onto NS'ers and hear the storys. We may not know the people caught but it still makes you think and still hits close knowing that it could happen to any of us. Lets just be safe and know where we are hiking this season>>
On another note PRAY FOR SNOW!!!!! I am so stoked for this season!
