I read in an article in the Denver Post that Colorado State University is planning on turning into a private school thus increasing tution rates dramitcally, apparently its because of a lack of federal funding for higher education in CO. It basiically said that CSU has no budget this year. Now im assuming that if CSU does this than CU will do this. It may just be rumor but if not than ill be pissed.
