Tee Maker Company?

I have a group of friends that has started to blow up into a pretty legit crew puttin out edits all the time, reppin local shops etc. We have always had a crew name kinda unoficially but its time to get a little more legit. Wanna make some tall tees to rock while ridin. For those of you who have designed tees/and or ordered in bulk what company or process did you use. I've used custom ink in the past but it is more of a soccer mom sort of thing, limited options, not that legit etc. Appreciate any info
