Dynastar px12 JIB binging help PLEASE

Ok, so I spent the last 30 minutes search barring and googling... And I'm sure someone on here will just link me to the answer. BUT, I cant figure out how to slide my binding back for my new boots. It's hardly a diff from the old boots, but the new ones just dont quite fit. I know there's a little button and some kind of metal thing that lifts up on the back of each binding... Still can't move it.

in the back there's a little metal tab that you lift up with a flat head screw driver until the yellow in the window turns white, then slide the heel piece to where you want it, then push the tab down with the screw driver, then you have to click it forward till the entire window by the tab is yellow again. Hope that helps, if you can't figure it out a shop tech can do it and they usually do it for free (some charge a few bucks though).
