alright so there is this kid on my floor who is kinda a wierd large deuchey kiddd and he has this check book...he says he got this book from a restaurant he worked for where he was the manager...he used the checks there for supplies and ingredients and all the checks were in his name...soooo the restaurant went under and lost all their money...he was left out to dry without being paid a few paychecks...he still had this checkbook so a few weeks ago he started using it to buy rediculous shit...he bought a 57 inch flatscreen tv, bluray system with surround sound for like 700, and then he bought 2 itouches for two kids and a router for the hall...he cant take any money out of the account and he can only use the checks...what the fuck is he doing here?? could he be destroyed by the legal system cause shouldnt the account be frozen...last week he got a notice saying it was under 5,000...how much shit could he get in and what kind of shit....
