Does it bother anyone else when they buy a ski movie and then the production company releases some of the bonus feature edits online? I know that it's their footage and they can do whatever they want with it but part of the reason I buy a movie is to watch the bonus features as well. Even though it's b-footy, it's still part of the DVD. I feel that by buying the movie, in a way, the company "owes it to me" to not release features that I pay for on the internet for free.
I understand and respect that they're just trying to promote their movie and their athletes, but I can't help but think that there must be other ways of doing that doesn't leave some of their cliental feeling miffed (assuming I'm not alone here)
I'm not enraged about this or anything, it just bothers me enough to make a thread.
