Oh come on, you can't tell me that when you guys got accepted to the school you wanted--or any school at all for that matter--that you were very focused on your spelling and grammar that day. :) Congrats buddy, it's an awesome feeling.

I really really don't want to be a downer but you're sure it's official and everything? Haha that's ridiculous (and awesome), 2 weeks and already an acceptance.. and it's not even November yet. Damn. I know I applied for Penn State in August and didn't hear back until mid November..

Good luck trying to still care in school..noot gonna happen hahaha

ya i got my student id and everything. i have tried the id on the official website and everything works. i didn't believe it at first either but after looking into it, it is legit. that's why i am so stoked. and ya my school year is basically over now and it is the beginning of the second quarter

yeah and utah has rolling admissions so as soon as you apply and they process your shit you get accepted or whatnot, so getting an acceptance letter this early makes sense

the party scene is definitely not as big as a school that isnt half mormons but there are also definitely enough people that party so it makes up for it, a lot of the freshman classes are huge but later on you get smaller ones, the food sucked when i was there though, but the city is sweet for longboarding so definitely look into that, other than that just go to cafe rio when you get there for dank mexican, and go to the pie and get a cheesy pull apart

I think if you know the right people, you can party just as much as other schools. I was at boulder on a tuesday night, no one partying, just like the U. Anything night thurs-sat night you can walk around the streets around campus and there are always people raging, it has definitely gotten much bigger since my freshman year. I'd say we drink just as much as any other college (minus ones where there is nothing to do but drink and chill at the frat).

red iguana, and i will say it- mocha salsa. that shit is SO good after skiing.
remember that, cause there is a very good chance you'll get sick of the food at the HC... I guess it can be alright sometimes, but most everyone that I talk to is getting sick of it already.
But really, who cares... The U is fun, tons of chill people, sweet campus.

no dude, boulder and arizona are much much much crazier, just because hot girls wanna party and drink with you and do you a whole lot more than they do at the U. pussy is hard to come by at the U because more than half these girls dont put out. at U of A or CU boulder they go nonstop and so does the poonani; getting laid at arizona at a random party can happen on a tuesday night and when i was in boulder i got with a different girl every night I was there no problem and it was even parents weekend. But I do agree drinkingwise we keep up with just about every school out there we just dont have girls that are down doing the same.

ok maybe cafe rio is tex-mex but it's still fucking awesome for how fast it is and you dont have to go all the way down to the red iguana, plus beto's is a shithole and the all food there is fucking dirty

Take that back..... Nah there are definitely some shiftty Betos i.e. 400 S. However there are numerous quality establishments. Also branch out beyond Betos, theres Gualbertos, Albertos, Mocha, the Mexi-Burrito Restaraunt (my favorite) and many more... They all serve the same shit though.
