recommending bad shit to people as if it were good is a theme here on NS, especially in the regional forums

that'd be like me telling people to live at Timber Ridge if they work in vail...it's not the Ritz and it's a bit of a shithole, but it is what it is and some people really seem to like it

and as far as rent goes, i sincerely doubt there's much employee housing from VR that's over $400
