Ronald Jenkins - he is a master of keyboard, yet he creates this hip hop beats with fl studio and then just improvises over the top. I highly recommend you listen to all his stuff but to get you started ill give you one of his videos. Dont be deterred by his personality, it just makes it all the much better...
