Replying to Need help with my rail...

Ok, so I found a metal rail on my local golf course at the end of april last year. Its the type of rail you would buy off a pro rail builders site..

looks like this:

In total its 12' long, but it is missing its legs..

sooo, problem = no legs for it to stand on..

so this past summer i made a wood frame so the rail would slide down onto it, but it is really sketchy/wobbly..

What do you guys think I should do.. Go to home depot, get them to cut the metal or something and find a way to weld it from somewhere.. which would cost a half descent amount of money..

I have no clue what to do, thanks for you help
