I know this should probably be in ski gear but I thought I'd throw it in gabber to get more views..so anyways:

In this I would like to reflect on the awesome customer service of the guys working at Atmosphere clothing...and if you haven't heard of them or haven't checked out their gear the link is http://www.atmosphere-clothing.com/

So I made an order tonight ..got the fontaine jacket in xl..my thoughts being that it was a little taller jacket..perfect for me. put my order in all that jazz and i'm stoked.

well I get a call from a guy working there at around quarter after 8..I believe this is about 3-4 hours after they close. The guy asks how tall am I how much I weigh how i prefer to wear my coat etc etc...I tell him all my specs and then he tell me that this is not the coat for me...i'm a little surprised considering I really liked the coat and all but he told me that it was shorter model and wouldn't be right for what I like.

He goes on explaining all the models what would work for me what wouldn't work going into detail on everything. very knowledgeable man on the product to say the least. So I find the coat I like and the man goes up in the warehouse of the shop searching through all these boxes looking for a specific coat for me...finally finds it switches my order up for me no hastle what so ever.

Some might look at this and think well no big deal that is his job..but the fact that he was working way over time and taking time out of his night for me really gave me a sense of happiness for dealing with this company.

All n' all atmosphere makes some DOPE stuff and has great customer service. If you havn't checked them out yet give them a look. Again www.atmosphere-clothing.com

yeah i found their site by accident a few weeks back. thought their stuff looked dope but i don't really like buying outerwear on the internet without trying it on in store first. couldn't find anywhere to try it on so ended up going with a jacket from picture organic clothing, also very dope. glad they worked out well for ya, that does sound like killer customer service. i might get some everyday clothing from atmos, they have some really cool stuff.

yeah atmosphere is the shit but the prices are a bit ridiculous, but then again all ski stuff it

Atmosphere is the sickest! I have two sweatshirts and a couple shirts, love them all. Plan on getting a jacket in the future because their patterns are just too cool not to have. Go Portland!

aha actually i was going to get it in yellow but the guy told me it wouldn't be as tall as i would like it for what i described to him..i ended up getting the mandate in grey..cuz it was tall and had pow skirt..decent waterproofing..etcetc

it would be sick if they added a few skiers to the team

Yeah, I have an Atmosphere jacket and pants and they are by far the highest quality outerwear I have ever owned.

I emailed them asking them how long the xl mandate was, but they never responded.  anyway how tall does it fit?
