Are the Jackets warm?

The saga jackets are they well insulated because out here in the north-east it get's pretty cold every weekend expected -15 to -35. Are they more like a shell or do they have insulation in them. I need to stay warm!

they are pretty warm i mean not the warmest but allways keep me warm enough just layer about 6 tall tees under and u will be good to go.

they are basically a shell with a light mesh liner, not too warm. but I prefere this style as it makes layering for the weather easier.
