I recommend measuring yourself from your shoulders down and just see about how low you want it to come to, then pick the closest "height" measurement from the chart.

That should give you a good idea of how it will fit.

Measure about 33-34" for an XL and add 5 more inches for an XLT, then see where it hits you and order accordingly. I'd say you could go with either.
