it involves doing a live online draft at a predetermined time, takes about an hour, and then after you just have to manage your team.  It's based on several different categories so you need a team balanced in scoring, 3pt, rebounds, steals, blocks, assists, turnovers, FG% and FT%.  Managing generally doesn't require much effort unless people get hurt, but to be successful you want to pick up guys who are playing well and drop guys who suck.

so i've created the league

the draft is set for 7:00 tomarrow

u dont have to be there for it (just set up a predraft)

the league name is "NS fools" and the password is: new schoolers

jsut look for it in leagues under fantasy basketball on espn.com
