Are my anthems special?

in all the pictures of the 2010 model they are blue on the bottom with red writing, mine are red on the bottom with blue writing?

I read about it somewhere don't remember 100% but I think it said it's random or soemthing.

Don't think so, most of lines skis are like that. Remember the pink and yellow and blue invaders? Some had pink bases with yellow writing and some had yellow bases with pink writing. I've heard it saves material by doing it that way or something. Not sure though.

I think it's more that it maximizes what they have. If they have equal parts red and blue, and each base has a 2 to 1 ratio of blue to red (just for example - probably not right) then you use twice as much blue which means a lot of left over red so it makes sense to make have the skis blue with red, and the other half red with blue so all the material is used equally. Sorry if that didn't make sense.

its normal. they try not to waste a lot of ptex, so whenever they do a diecut base they used the inverse for another ski.

If you take something red, and cut a hole in it, then you cut a hole in something blue, you then have a red and a blue circle, and something like a red and a blue doughnut. If you want to save wast, then you put the red circle in the blue doughnut, and the blue circle in the red doughnut so that your materials are cheaper and you arent wasting.
