You can work it out by adding animation in photoshop (don't quote me on it) and saving as a .gif

.gif files are capable of having multiple frames.

When i made mine I used one of the programs here ( http://animation.about.com/od/referencematerials/a/freesoftware.htm )

the only problem is that there are a lot of programs and i don't really remember which one i used.
looks like it would be your best bet

any ways just make it frame by frame and save it as a .GIF. I dont remember having to mess with the size of it and making it 50x50 so you might be able to just upload it as is.

do you mean small enough memory wise or dimension wise?

if you meant memory i dont think it will be a problem unless you use alot of jpegs and stuff.
