My mom found out that I smoke weed some how. Now we are going to have a big talk about drugs and all the stuff about it. Did this happen to anyone else on here, if so please tell me about it.

anyway idk i'v sort-of had the talk.. they know i smoke and reference to everything else i've done.. but when it comes down to it its not really that bad.. what are they gonna do.. lock u inside forever.. my mom found a bong when i was like 17 and did something with it hahaha.. still not sure what.. someday il ask her about it haha

When you sit down for that talk...start quoting the lobbyist in washington and local state governments that are trying to legalize it. Approach the conversation as a legitimate argument as to why you should be allowed to smoke rather than why you're sorry for it. Catch her off guard.

i'll try to actually help here. read the articles posted in the 420 cult's news section, do some research for yourself, look up the SAFER Colorado organization and NORML and own your parents arguments b/c their most likely based on ignorance while yours will be based on facts and knowledge.  good luck.

well i was more rethinking it from a former stoner's point of view,   cause it would suck for pot smokers if it were legalized.    at least here in canada where 1 in 3 of my friends can hook me up with a gram for $10 whenever i want

yeah i know,   but i would still prefer it not become legal b/c i live in canada where its not expensive at all.   if it were made legal and became mass produced i wouldnt want to live in that country,  it would be a mess
