Im just curious as to how much you guys drink a day. When i was young i was really unhealthy, and barely ever drank any water. when my athletic performance got worse and worse around middle school i resolved to drink more water. now on most days i get close to a gallon of water a day, and i cant imagine anything less. i feel horrible if i dont keep my water intake up. my body is completely used to it. My girlfriend on the other hand will drink a glass of water a day or less for days in a row (depending on what she is doing like working out or whatever). some days she goes without water completely.
