Replying to College in Canada

So I'm looking to head up north from the U.S. for school and skiing. I'm looking for a decent sized, (5k students+) 4 year school. Currently I'm looking into a Visual/Fine arts, forestry, or advertisement major and but nothing is 100%. As for skiing, I would like to be near some powder, bc access, steeps, just near some great skiing pretty much. I don't care about park at all if that helps too. I'm currently looking at UBC Vancouver and it looks pretty good, though tuition is expensive for me. Any other suggestions on schools would be very appreciated!
