i personally liked active threads being black font and the threads not active since your last login being blue.

definitely stoked on this but I think we can all agree it needs some tweaks.

Is there a reason it's really slow for my comp? I have 4 gigs of RAM and my comp usually surfs the web really fast but its taken forever to load the bottom part of the page. Will this get better with time?

Turn the blue thread lettering back to black, it looks a lot better.

And put the old logo right beside the new one at the top left. I think it would look sweet with both logos.

one more thing.. I also don't like how the banner of a cult is at the top of every thread! it would be cool if it was there when you were in the main forums but then it went away when you clicked on a thread.

The site will be slow for most people. When they first view the site server will have their browsers downloading/saving aspects for the site (Stored in the Cache), so the servers may be a bit strained.

I really dislike that when you click on a cult thread from My Threads, it takes you to inside the cult instead of inside the thread.

Definitely same for me. As well as the lack of black links. I'm really bummed that the cult "search" is literally searching for cults themselves as opposed to content that's INSIDE of a cult.

BUT! I do really like how much easier it is to navigate through pages of threads in the cults instead of going one by one haha.

Also--and I'm PRETTY sure my eyes aren't just playing tricks on me--there are two tones of blue as far as links go..some are a darker blue and some are a lighter blue? And the threads with multiple pages..half is dark and half is light blue? Can someone else back me up or am I crazy?

Actually, that search has always been there under the advanced search. I believe cult searchbars we are still waiting on.

And yes, two toned blue thread. I want black back.

NS is reeeally slow for me now. It used to be blazing fast, all my other websites are fast, so something must have happened. it gets stuck saying "waiting for media.nscdn.com..." at the bottom of firefox. I am using FF 3.5. tried it with IE and it was also slow.

The highlighting thing when you mouse over a response is fucking dumb.

Somehow, searching for videos is disabled.

Black thread font > blue thread font.

I liked the way that the tab below Forums used to be, with ski gabber right below.

The banner ad HAS to move above the toolbar.

It's slow. Really slow.

Other than that it's great.

All of this along with the new quoting is weird as shit and should be select the things you don't want to include in original post because picking through things is very very annoying.

Pretty Good overall, just a few problems:

- I can't see any posted pictures, they're all links that say "Click for a Larger Image"

- The fact that it highlights posts when you rollover them with your mouse is cool graphically, but gets annoying fast and seems to serve no real purpose

- Runs Slowly for some reason while switching forums, like for instance, when I switched from NSG to SG

Otherwise I like it a lot!

Anybody else not able to access quicklinks? When I click Quicklinks, the menu seems to be dropping down behind the thread/forum header bar and I can only see the top few pixels. I would really like to be able to access My Threads.

Aside from the bugs, the new layout is dope.

This is a huge deal for me. I can't imagine why they would take it away. Now every thread is blue font and I have no clue which are active.

Please put the black and blue threads back. I can't stand the new way.

well...i dont know if this has been mentioned but ehhh the twitter and facebook links are...lets just say dissapointing.

but i guess thats all a part of the site moving onto bigger and better things.

good job on the updates guys, everything is good so far, except the speed issues which im sure will clean up soon anyways.

I like it... except I just got a sense of dejavu with the logo.... I know it is very different... but The North Face..... kinda the same feel... short word long word short word next to a swirly....

I love the website though.. thats the only thing I noticed.. and I tend to notice things like that being a graphic/web designer.

oh and i never mentioned this before...but to be honest i strongly dislike the new logo....i think the old one was MUCH better.

nsTV is WAY improved.  LOVING the no ads.  can't tell you how refreshing that is.  and everything loaded quick and was great quality.  well done cause I barely used that feature previously.

I'm really really really disliking how the posts/thread are highlighted when my mouse moves over them. I'm talking to the point where it actually has made me feel a little queasyish. Please Please fix that.

My only other issues with the new layout is the whole black and blue thread thing, the fact that 'My NS' isn't in the top bar anymore, and the banner ad being below the main bar.

Other then that I'm loving it. Great job!

I was going to make a thread on exactly the same thing. Good that it's in this thread already. I don't mind that it's blue, but it would be nice to at least differentiate a little more between the active/inactive threads.

The thing with the number of posts could be useful too, but not necessary.

Overall, I like it. I don't like change that much, but I'll definitely get used to it quick. And I'll learn to like it lots more as I get used to it.

It's working faster on my computer. I too have 4 Gigs of RAM. I agree about the lettering colour. Black is easier to read.

Apparently, if you go to your profile, and click on Reviews, "Threads" will show up in place of "My Threads" - I assume this is a glitch and My Threads shouldn't really be in your profile.
