you could just never get banned and then you wouldnt need to know. But to answer you question, I have no idea.

its probably not on a 24 hour timer, its probably up to the mercy of the mods to reinstate an account

This is the reason, a mod has to take you off the banned list and they can some times forget to. The reason I know this is b/c it happened to me b/c Iggy was messing with me.
