Bro is looking for some skis

My brother wants to buy a set of twin tips and I haven't really been keeping up with all the gear the last few years. He's 13, prob 140 lbs and 5'10" so I was thinking 176cm would be good for someone who is lighter and more of a beginner. He probably will be mostly all mountain. What are some good cheap skis to look at, preferably last years models? I was thinking maybe k2 silencer or invaders but they might be more park oriented.

the k3 silencer and invaders are basically never really meant to leave
the park. i would go with maybe a line chronic or a cronic wide (or
blend before 07-08), the line profit 90 are an amazing all mountain ski too.

Invaders are kinda soft for all mountain riding. Take a look at last year's Rossignol S3, Line Chronic, or the Armada ARV.
