Read this article, this is complete and utter bull-shit. Now correct me if im wrong but last time I checked a public school was a public institution, so why doesnt the public school use a system, like our judicial system in cases like this. This policy completely contradicts our judicial system and is complete bull-shit, kids should have the right to have a testamony against situtations like this. As an eagle-scout myself I am fairly pissed off at how our system on suspending kids is set-up in our public schools.
