Read this article, this is complete and utter bull-shit. Now correct me if im wrong but last time I checked a public school was a public institution, so why doesnt the public school use a system, like our judicial system in cases like this. This policy completely contradicts our judicial system and is complete bull-shit, kids should have the right to have a testamony against situtations like this. As an eagle-scout myself I am fairly pissed off at how our system on suspending kids is set-up in our public schools.

Yeah dude. this shit is ridiculous. This is like that young kid, like 7 years old, bringing his pocketknife to school just to show it to his friends because he was so proud of it. He was suspended for bringing a weapon. I guess children are now terrorists.

Back in my senior year of high school I got suspended for a week when i offered my cooking teacher a screwdriver, which was attached to my pocket knife. Its really not a big deal... at all.

This is absolutely absurd.  What the eagle scout had was a 2" pocket knife in locked car.  Now the thing that pisses me off about this is he was carrying it in an emergency kit or what is sometimes referred to as a GHB or 'get home bag'.  These GHB's are for the purpose of if you find yourself in a disaster with no way to get home, you and whoever you are with have what you need to get to safety. 

How the fuck is this hazardous to the well being of the other students???

I applaud this kid!  Fuck you public school system.  Also, fuck you fox news for not covering this bullshit as much as MJ or the Heath

Shouldn't the people who pay for these schools(parents) get a say in how they are run? These stories keep cropping up from all over and they are retarded. Kids are getting in trouble at my school for having fishing rods in their cars. I mean get rid of fucking baseball ifyou are going to outlaw all of this. Baseball bats are probably the most lethal non projectile firing thing out there.

That's fucked. He had it locked in his car in a survival kit AND he's trained to use it. Fuck the school system and fuck America. You're allowed to beat the nerdy kids and roll them away in trashcans, but an eagle scout can't keep a survival kit in his car? This is fucking ludicrous and I hope the administrators are fired for this. He seems like a good kid and he has a dream and knows where he wants to go, and those assholes are taking that away from him because they're fucking cowardly.

As an Eagle Scout too, I cant really comprehend what the school is thinking. He should have a survival kit in his car, its a good idea and he is living by the motto that has been taught to him. He had no intent of using it to hurt somebody, and it wasnt even in the school. I carry a seatbelt cutter on my key ring, and I got in trouble last year for having it. Has anybody seen a fucking seatbelt cutter? Its not even possible to cut yourself with it. I think this whole thing is stupid.

Of course all the other news stations do the same shit but no where did i say it was just fox.  I guess the point i was trying to make by mentioning fox was that they continues to perpetrate the "journalistic crimes' the claim all the other networks participate in.  Just like every other MSM outlet they get their orders from the very top and in the end they are all the same.  Propaganda for the elite.  

It would be so easy to make what they claim,  come true.  When all the other news networks are reporting things that don't matter 9like heath and MJ), fox could man up and report what matters... but like all other networks they don't, and never will.

FYI for those who don't know; Montel's show was cancled after that appearance.  Basically the suits at the top didn't like the logical, intelligent comments he was making.  If you don't stick to the predetermined & screened talking points you get canned.
