it's just a shell. but the thing that we actually are feeling the cold from is the wind. and this jacket, the seams are all taped off with something. so it protects u from the cold wind. i bought it for about 150....so how about 100 plus shipping, or we can work something out. i rate it like a 9/10 just because of the stains...

has a lense that prevents ur pupils from dilating and all that (especially at night when u go underneath the light and stuff). some minor scratches on it, but doesn't really affect ur vision. so like 7.5/10 or 8/10
