ok, its really simple. read the word on the heel piece of the binding in the first picture.
it says pivot.

Alright the p in the look name stands for pivot, you will notice that the 18 and 15 din all metal versions are still referred to as pivot, and if you look on the binding you will see that it says pivot on it. Yes rossi does not call them pivots, but they don't call any of the non race ones pivot either.
They are all pivots. The heel (and toe on the 15 and 18) pivots for all of the bindings listed above, they are all pivots.
