you might just have to get a 2xl and grow into it

or the sizing on the collage one goes smaller, I would get like an xl if you're 5'3" and want it to still be pretty big

All you need to do is (with the shirt on) unzip the jacket, hold the flaps out to each side, and that will engage the hyphy. Once turned on, the hyphy can't be turned off.
