A quick word on blocking ads

All i have to edit is windows movie maker, and i cant seem to get any songs from my itunes library onto windows movie maker. ive tried converting them to mp3 and saving them onto my desktop, but whenever i add it i get an error message. has this happened to anyone else? if so, how can i fix it?
