I got the boots from a boot fitter. He moulded the liners. I was concerned that the boots felt a bit narrow, but he insisted that within 20 hours of wear, the shells would naturally stretch to accommodate my feet.
I've now ridden maybe 150 hours in them, and they still feel narrow, such that I have to ride, including hitting booters, with the middle buckles open.
I think he was just trying to sell me the most expensive boot, instead of the one that fitted me best. And when I told him I would be doing exclusively freestyle, he seemed not to acknowledge any other boot other than than the Hot Dogger.
