Trig is easy at the beginning stages but gets straight retarded with more advanced problems.

Take stats if you want the easiest out of the 3. Take functions if you plan on taking calculus in college.

well if you have any aspirations of going to college i would take trig and then do some pre-cal and calc over the summer.

Calc in college is considered a basic math skill so you should definitely start jumping into math a little more

DON'T FUCK YOURSELF OVER!

College math is pretty tough, so building a solid foundation in HS (ex: taking a somewhat challenging course) is a great idea.

Unless you like feeling like the only dumbass in the room during college calc.

Functions sounds easy if it is anything like advanced functions and modeling like they have where I live. It is basically an easier version of precal(you might call that trig elsewhere).

Take discrete mathematics if they have it. It is extremely easy and an honors credit at my school.

Do trig I find that easy you should  be fine. Stats is hard. Trigs just learning rules and applying them.

Tris was incredibly easy, I took it sophomore year.
Stats was still fairly easy but much more interesting, and felt less like the same math class I have taken year after year.  Now in my 4th year I am onto AP Calc, oh joy.

But take stats, it isn't too hard, and it is pretty damn interesting

take stats. im in ap stats right now and it is by far the easiest math i have ever taken. its all applicable to real life, which really makes it easy as fuck. no crazy fucking equations to memorize, and literally everything can be done on a graphing calculator if you know what youre doing, and i mean everything. trig also wouldnt be too bad if youre good at geometry based math, but i would say go with stats.
