Okay folks - Time to get your old wise advice hats on cos I am pretty much stumped.
Background Story:
Just under 2 years ago, I started seeing my best mates sister. She's smoking hot, and I fall for her quite badly, we see each other for a couple of months, it's a big secret and I keep saying to the girl that I want to tell my mate, but she won't let it happen. She says she will deny it and lie about it until her last breath, make my life not worth living if I do tell him. We ended our thing for one reason or another, and we all move on and forget about it.
So more recently, my best mate obviously had some suspicions because he text me saying "I heard from my sister that you fucked her, I am really hurt". Turns out he didn't know at all, he just had a suspicion and I fell for it.
Anyway, we never actually spoke on the phone about it, just messages over facebook or text or whatever. I tried calling him but he wouldn't answer. At first he was like "you are DEAD to me", then he sent me a message saying "So I over reacted, give me space for a couple of weeks and maybe we can go for a drink and put this behind us". 2 weeks later, I send him a message saying I am in London in a few weeks, how about that drink. He tells me to stop acting like an ex girlfriend and stop pestering him. Then he texts me tonight saying he wanted to fight it out. I was like fair play but no shots to the hair or face (obviously). He wants a full Knock out fight, but I don't think I want that (he's angry!).
Anyway he called me up after a few texts and was fucking livid. I mean screaming down the phone to me. I don't think I realised until this moment how livid he is. Everything I said to apologise, he turns it into my trying to find sympathy or me not having a clue how he feels etc etc. He was arrested mid convo because he was shouting at me so much. He may have been drunk.
So NS. My question to you is, how on earth do I try to sort things out with this guy? I have no idea what to do, and I want to sort it before I move away for the season in 6 weeks time.
