how long should the screws be for mounting bindings, depth wise? I've heard 8mm but im not so sure.

haha, by the title, I thought you were talking about ski length and how you were sick of people obsessing over the ideal length for them.  stupid, I know, but I'm desperate for a laugh.  can't say I know exactly, but I imagine it varies by ski.  take them to a shop to not worry about it.  8 mil sounds about right, but you sure as hell don't want to bust through or not go deep enough and have a binding tear out.

the screws should extend 9mm from under the binding plate, but no more than 9.5mm
