If I don't hear from you in a couple of days a) your parents will hear from me b) you will hear from me via phone c) the U of U police will hear from me. Sound fun? send me my goggles.

i havent seen one of his posts since 'the incedent.' i'd call him every 5 minutes non stop, until he answered. my roommate was skiing alta with eric sometime in the past week...i don't know if they are the same goggles, but...he took a nasty fall over a band of rocks, and got real fucked up...as the ski patrol took him away, he asked my roommate to find one of his skis and his pair of goggles that were lost in the pow, and my roommate only found the ski...i don't know if the lost goggles were supposed to be yours...but anyhow,he is in the hospital, lay off him man.

thanks Ban11. I don't know if those were the same goggles either, but that was over 3 weeks ago he was supposed to have sent them. I do feel bad for him if he got hurt, whether he intended on not sending me the goggles or not. I wish him a speedy recovery, but it would still be nice if he responded to my messages when I ask about the goggles, that he read. Anyway, get better Eric.

Wow Triple_strum the same exact same thing happened to me. Somewhere in the thread about Pierre doing the 235 foot cliff there was all these random facts about falling being tossed around. I said a fact about the longest free fall ever. Dspin7x messaged me and said that there was no way, that whatever i posted was possible. He said give me any proof of this happening and I will send you a pair of Smith goggles. I knew this fact was true because my Science teacher told me last year. So I searched it, sent Dspin7x tons of info and documents. He asked for my address and everything and said okay I will be a man of my word and send the goggles. HE NEVER DID!! I know exactly what u are talking about. I dont really care that much because I have a bunch of goggles but still that is pretty weak!!!

haha mine is a slighty different scenario buddy. I have black frame, fire lens wisdoms. But, I got a new helmet and they don't fit, so I was gonna trade him for some a-frames a little $$. I sent him mine. He sent me nothing. Got it?

he wants his googles back... it took him what 1 minute to make this post, and like a minute to call the U of U police, so making the deal with some random guy was being naive...maybe? but just shutting up and not going and getting his $100 bucks back... that is pussy, go get your wisdoms back.

Now, looking at this from the law perspective, i dont know the facts, but you may already be screwed... did you get any of this in writing? if you didnt you have no leverage... but if you did, then its theft, and you can prove it, contact the police...

'ask your parents for some new goggle'... sorry, I wish I was a little rich kid like you who could afford to get new stuff, in the amounts of $100 when I wanted. I am a poor college senior who has worked at least 20 hours a week since 9th grade to pay for the things I have.

As for being screwed, I very well may be. But guess what, I am not a big fan of dishonest people. I will find this kid, whether it be when I am out in Utah in the next few years or not. I really am hoping he is hurt, because that way it will be a misunderstanding instead of people being an ass. ahh well, life continues...

well from my understanding you have several pairs of goggles to begin with, maybe he didnt have money to send them to you yet. he can kick your ass at skiing anyways. I eric is my bestest friend, i get away with burning crosses in peoples yards, i dont see why he cant get away with a pair of goggles

first off i stole a 10 foot cross from someones yard then wrapped it in gasoline soaked white sheets and lit it, the cops were so confused it was great. Eric looks good in the goggles

the best idea ever was the one that was diabolicly hatched today at lunch in the hall way of my school. It involved a boat and beer and selling that beer to 14 yearolds for like $3 a bottel, so that way from every 24 we got, we would get 12 and then never have to pay for our own beer again. and if the poilice tried to stop us, we were drive away in a boat (which doesnt have a licence plate) but, if there were on a baot, we were throw peanuts at them, cause its highly probable that one of them in alergic to then and he would go into anaphletic shock and we were get away. if that didnt work we were catapult cows at them and wait for the headlines 'police boat sunk by flying cows'. --Apple.

Im so tired of people whining about progressing this industry that. Honestly I like skiing I go out and ski Its fun. Try not to get too deep into the 'politics' of skiing. Its a fucking hobby, its not the savior of mankind, its not a social movement. I hope skiing becomes unpopular tommarow thats just less assholes cutting me off on the hill and tracking out my pow.
