Replying to Another Stupid Hellbents + Jesters/Griffons Question

Sorry for all the seemingly useless bumps/threads today, I'm trying to make too many decisions at once.

Anyway, I'm getting 179cm Hellbents. I'm trying to decide between Jesters and Griffons for bindings. I'm 5'9"-5'10", weigh between 145-150 lbs. and my BSL is 315mm. Definitely a Type III skier. I'm obviously going to be skiing powder, but I'll also be messing around on- and off-piste. I'll be mouting at +5.

I guess I'm just kind of looking for some input... by either owners of the gear in question or qualified shop techs only please. I don't want to hear recommendations regarding anything else -- I'm definitely getting a Royal Family binding. And it could come down to being simply an issue of cost. But I want some recommendations from people who know what they're talking about.
