Has anyone played golf in NV?

I have a Gift Certificate to the Palmer Golf Course at the Oasis Golf Club in Mesquite NV.  Has anyone been to this course?  Is it worth the nine hour drive I have to take to get there?

i dont golf a lot, i dont know of any golf forums. Just thought maybe it would be easier if someone on here had ever heard of the area.

well if you don't golf a lot then no, think about it drive 9 hours to do something your not even that passionate about. If you don't golf a lot and arent that good doesnt matter if the course is really good or not.

Palmer... as in Arnold Palmer?? as in first man to walk on the moon without wearing a space suit while riding a communist zebra?

But to be honest I have heard its actually pretty good.
