Transgender Teens In High Schools: Cross-Dressing Teen Quits School Over Dress Code!

A 16-year-old student at North Cobb High School has accused the school system of failing to protect him and stifling his identity after coming to school dressed in female attire. Jonathan Escobar recently relocated to Cobb County and left school on Sept. 30 after he says school officials told him to stop wearing women’s clothing. School officials said North Cobb did everything possible to accommodate Escobar, who was unwilling to cooperate. “I’m an artist and this is my art,” Escobar told Southern Voice of his style of dress. Escobar said he doesn’t like to label his sexuality and is comfortable with either gender pronoun. Escobar said he attended North Cobb for three days in flats, tight jeans and simple shirts. He said he did not wear anything that violated the dress code, but said he did come to school with a pink wig in his purse on Sept. 30 and later put it on. On Sept. 30 two students got into an argument about Escobar that led to a fight. Escobar and school officials differ on what happened after the fight. Escobar says the school told him to dress like a man or be home-schooled. The district says Escobar refused requests to wear something less disruptive.

what an idiot, if the way you dress is disruptive in school then you probably need to make some changes. Also he's 16, granted hes developing into the person he'll become but at that age he's probably going through a phase, not worth ruining your life over.

on a related note: two men were arrested for assault after they were caught on CCTV in England attacking two men that were dressed in drag.  The catch was that the two men in drag were professional cage fighters dressed up for a bachelor party and one-punched both attackers unconscious.

School needs to fuck off and let him do what he wants. If someone has a problem with the way he dresses, and starts a fight over it, then they need to be home schooled, not him.

People need to fuck off and let him do what he wants. Its not affecting them, they shouldn't care.

Finally, he needs to fuck off and wear some slightly less flamboyant clothes. If he wants to dress like a girl then he should dress like a normal girl, not like some ridiculous slut.
