Switch Rodeo 5

For all that know how to do them: Toomarrow is gonna be a deep powder day and I wanna do some switch rodeo 5's....I can already do switch 5's and shit but I am kinda confused on how to mke them rodeo....any help?

hard to explane, watch a vid of it once you get the rotation they are farley easy.

you don't have to flip as much as you think. When I am going up i can either switch cork or rodeo depending on how hard I drop my shoulder. Just don't get in a hurry and huck too damn hard. Watch how Mark Abma does his in Ready Fire Aim and it is really self explanatory.

Just do a switch backflip and try and look for the landing/forward the whole time and bring your feet forward and it will just kinda flow through. Make sure as soon as you take off you rotate your 90 though.

i still haven't had a jump to try one off of, but for some reason they look real easy.

i just think of it as like a 90-lincoln-90, even though 'techinally' if there is a technically, i guess it isn't. but for a rodeo FIVE that's pretty much it.

ok, it's much easier if you know how to throw them on the tramp. so basically, you do a misty 5, but while going switch. so when you hit the lip, throw a misty 5 as if you're facing uphill (kinda hard to explain), but it turns out to be a rodeo 5. i dunno, that's my best explanation...

when you come off switch, try and throw your feet down hill and above you. the set is close to a forwards misty set. it will just come around nicely. do sw cork 5s first then just invert them more and more.

I'll explain it rightside since thats how I do them. Make sure you are very forward in your boots (Almost the stance you would have hitting a jump forwards)When you get to the lip think about either dropping your left shoulder into the jump or bringing your right shoulder over your ear as you spin. The first thing you will see is the sky which Is a little scarier than normal rodeos where you can spot out for awhile . I do them exactly like a switch cork but add more flip to them. 5's come out real nice, with the spotting/ levelling feeling almost like a backflip. To take it to 7 is like taking a 3 to a 5.

some people say it feels like a misty, which makes since but I do mistys left side for some reason so it definitely feels like switch cork to me.

pretty easy, super fun. just right before the lip, drop your shoulder, most people drop their right and spin slightly. make sure you commit and you should see the sky, then bring your legs around and look down for the landing.

maybe this was confusing, i just dropped my right shoulder and opened up my left, the sky was blurry and i looked down and i stomped it.
