Skullcandy Warranty

So A couple summers ago when i went to windells, i got some sick windells custom skullcandies. But now, the jack is faulty and they dont work. I was wondering if i sent them back to them i would get the same pair back or would i get a voucher or something for another pair.

I already emailed their customer service and all i got was a automatic reaply that didnt answer my question at all so i was wondering if you guys could help

If you broke them, you get 50% off a new pair.

If they broke due to skullcandy's faulty product, you get a free pair.

Usually if they determine that it's their fault they'll ask you to cut off the jack and send that in as proof that the headphones are unusable and when they get the jack they'll send you a new pair. At least that's what I've done when I use to have to deal with them.

I'm guessing that if they were custom you won't get the same pair, but I would still contact them and see what they can do about the faulty headphones.

right now you dont have working head phones
if you send them back, you get working headphones

youd probably get another pair for free. wouldnt be the same windells ones though.

i dont mean to thread jack but if i send mine in without a receipt or ever having registered them, will i still get some for free? one pair the jack is falling off and i needed to tape it and both ear things have fallen off a bunch of times even after supergluing them. the other pair i gave to my brother and theyre just completely mangled

Yeah you'll get a free pair. It doesn't matter when you bought them. Lifetime warranty.

Get on their website and get to the warranty section.

Over yonder, you fill out a form with various important informaticons, and they email you an RMA number to slap on the package. Then you may mail them your Hedfonez.

i sent in some smokin buds that failed, and they sent me a new pair; which also failed within a month. i sent some icons in like a week or two ago, hoping to get some new shitt soon. the warranty is bomb, even if the product.....isnt.

Ok so how again do they verify any of the information you put on the warranty form? I'm curious considering I've had to go through their warranty process on 4 separate occasions.

i live in pc and when my skullcandies break i just go to the hq and bring them in and if i say one ear won't work they don't test it and just give me a new pair. but i take them in when they really are broken but you could definitely get away with it
