SALOMON THREAT OR LINE MASTERMIND

I dont have a lot of money and these are pretty cheap and i was thinking, which would be better and more durable for small park features, jibs and rails. im gonna be doing (trying) a LOT of rails so i need the ski that will be best for that. also, which ski is more durable? thank you so much

From my experience line skis are not durable. Don't get me wrong, they are fun skis to ski, but they are not durable. I would still pick line over salomon though.

I've seen Salomon Threat EXPLODE! I've seen the base completely come off, edges blow out, and top sheet delam, but this was with a few DAYS of skiing them. I would not recommend them at all.

cheapish jib ski go abangs havent ridden em but meant so to be solid...if you want another decent chepar park ski go volkl ledge though not sure on this bit my volkls were super durable guessing there the same!

Look into Line invaders, a previous seasons model seeing as they aren't made anymore. People on here have put them through hell, or the rail and jib equivalent and seem to like them more than not. Everybody says they are soft, but if you're not like 6'4'' 170lbs than I don't see a problem. They are gonna be very cheap, cheaper than masterminds depending upon how much those go for. Unless you don't want a soft ski, look around and find a pair.

yes if you google search line invader you'll probably find some for a cheaper price then the knew threats or the masterminds.i think the invader will be a great ski for you.

dissorderly is the premier park ski for k2 the silencer is the price point ski

 extremes are more expensive, at least, by a little. extremes are comparable to the chronics stiffer meant for jumps and all around park, while the dissorderlys are more playful comparable to the invaders.

Check out armada el rays also. great price, and Armada so its obviously durable.

I broke three pairs of threats last season, each one within two days of skiing. Edges ripped out on the first two and the third pair snapped while I was buttering. Get invaders.

not really the pricepoint ski but i bought mine last year for $400 so they arent too bad price wise. they are very nice skis tho, the topsheet does chip but its just cosmetic. the bases have not gotten one coreshot or anything that was even close to having to be P-Tex'ed and the edges are still in superb condition.  rode those things pretty hard last year. you should deffinately consider these as an option and get last years model because A. they will be cheaper and the same exact ski and B. the graphics are sooo much better than this years.

Get volkl walls. So sick. I have last years and i love them. So buttery. I put them through hell and back and the top sheets have chipped on the edges. bases and edges are still in perfect condition.. good on jumps too. get afterbangs if you don't plan on hitting big jumps.

dont be afraid to check out the afterbangs.. i pretty much only hit jibs cuz my mountain doesnt know how to make jumps and i love them for what i do

Go with the mastermind.  I've broken 2 pairs of threats.  First pair after 15 days.  Second pair after 4 days.  Now I ride afterbangs.
