loveland is crazy, 13,000 feet at the summit is why they get lots of snow

all the snow loveland gets pales in comparison to the snow wolf creek gets and is getting right now. Winter Storm Warning for the Eastern San Juan Mountains including the passes of Wolf Creek and Cumbres. Snow, heavy at times will continue through the night and into tomorrow with total storm accumulations in excess of 20 inches in locally favored areas.

to answer the question, yes, ive ridden twice this year at the pass, first time was oct 10 and there wasnt enough snow to get down to the road and get a ride, so it kinda sucked, but went back this past tuesday the 19th and there was a bit of snow, up on the saddle there was a couple feet of snow, and it was skiable all the way to the road. the resort has one run and 2 boxes and a rail...the pass has a few rails too.

Just wnet today...got there early, hit the 3rd chair up. Spun a bunch laps, then seshed the rails.

THey have flat/up/flat box, a box and a flat rail.

BYy 11 am the slopes were getting busy.
