What camera should i get

so i want an hd camera but dont wnat to spend over 600 on one. does any one have any good suggestions?

for 700 ill sell you my panasonic sd100 its essentually brand new dont even think ive uploaded footage with it got it about 6 months ago less than 2 hours on it there going for like 800-1000 new and ill throw in 24gs worth of cards and a card reader
