If you have asthma, this will kill you. Literally, you will likely die. If you don't, you'll just be sweating profusely and blinded by tears for half an hour. It is chemically impossible to make anything hotter than Blair's 16 Million Reserve.

Apparently some radio station talk show had one of the guys try to eat a speck of it on the air and they were going to record it and make a show of it. Yeah, so, he had to be taken to the hospital.

As far as insanity sauce goes, it is very very spicy. Tabasco sauce is 1500 scoville units, your spicier chilies are in the 8000-9000 range... insanity is 51,000 scoville units. That right there is pretty god damned hot.

This stuff is 16 million scoville units.

I just found it on a website, it's a vial inside the bottle with pure capsaicin crystals in it.  And it's going for $600, damn, shit could be used as a weapon, tear gas made form that stuff.......

Tapitio makes you shit fire, its like 3$ for a huge bottle....low grade, although, tapitio, lime, and lays potato chips is a damn good drunk munchie food....the next morning is hell.

There's a specialty hot sauce shop in Friday Harbor, I'm on the wall of fame for doing a spoonful of their hottest sauce. I'm not sure what it was, but I literally felt sick for an hour, sweating and just felt like my throat/stomach was dying.
