So I was cruising down the sidewalk on my skateboard in one of the main streets in my city. Let me first say that the sidewalks on this street are like triple the width of normal sidewalks. Almost as wide as a single lane road. I saw an old lady up ahead so I swerved far out to the side so I wouldn't freak her out, she heard me coming and moved over anyways. Then I noticed this sketchy looking guy walking with his head down on the same side of the sidewalk as the old lady, but walking in the other direction. So I kept my distance so I wouldn't freak him out either, and then out of nowhere he steps out towards me and lays a full on shoulder check into me. Somehow I stayed on my board and kept going. I looked back and yelled a "what the fuck are you doing?!" towards the guy but he didn't respond. When I looked back I also noticed the old lady looked just as, if not more surprised than me.
Anyone else ever have similar experiences?
