im under the firm belief that if anybody does get to register for this event, the lottery will fuck them out of a spot anyways

As far as I can remember last year the was a big qualification at the beginning of the season and that's when you get your spot for the whole tour. But I don't know how you can make it to the qualification. I think it wasn't an open, you needed at least a little known.
