I have built the frame for my 25 ft flat rail . And i have no clue what to use for the top as in what you grind and jib on.Plzzz some one give me ideas.

If you want metal, get angled iron, its the same metal as most rails and it can be drilled and screwed onto wood frames.
if you want plastic, use a double barrel of PVC, its fast, but you wont eat it as hard if you fall on it
If you want teflon or lexan, build a box, not a rail
