I'll tell you why, because if anyone ever wants marijuana to be completely legal in Canada (which it should be) this is the guy that will lead us to it... he's also the reason cops are so lax with weed in BC, without him you'd be going to jail for smoking a joint. All you tools bashing marc emery don't even understand what a huge impact this guy has had on marijuana in canada, there needs to be more people like him if weed is ever going to be legal.
Huge respect to marc for everything he's done in the movement... Really I saw this coming YEARS ago. He was bragging on pot tv or some other video, it may have been the national geographic show where they interviewed him. Anyways he was bragging about how many millions of seeds he had sold to the US, and how he wanted to declare war on the US DEA. so on and so on.. I hate to see this happen, but if all he gets is 5 years for all that he's "done" he should probably consider himself lucky.
It is very fucked up that the canadian gov. would allow this, but Im sure the US has wanted this guys ass for a LONG time. I guess it was just a matter of time before they pressured them into it.
Also, can you imagine how stoned he got for the last time before he had to be taken away. Im sure he was a complete wreck when he showed up to be handcuffed.
Really fucked up too what happend to tommy chong, the US laws on herb are pretty jacked up.
