A durable park ski that can make a decent turn

I ride park whenever i can, which is like 85% of the time, but when i'm skiing with family or non-newschooler friends I ski groomers. I had dynastar TM's which were really nice and agressive on groomers. ON the other hand, I demoed Anthems one day and they felt really floppy at high speeds.

Sparknotes: I need a durable park-oriented ski that is solid at high speeds. I'm 6'4" and 210 lbs. I'm a big fella

The 08/09 line invaders work for all mountain so when your going fast it wont be floppy, the k2 extremes are stiffer and look more all mountain.

Invaders? Invaders are softer than Anthems, which he said were too floppy....

I'm roughly your stats, I ski Rossi Ghetto's (I think they are the S6 now) and they are rad.  At 185lbs they are just slightly too stiff to butter well, you would probably be great at 210lb.  Work really well all mountain.  I've never tried Chronics but they are a lot more poppy and fun than Public Enemies, which are really heavy and stiff.  I'm not sure if they got a redesign when they became the Extremes though.

I'd say go with armada. Bout any of there park skis would probly work.

I am fortunate enough to get the chance to ski a lot of skis in the spring.
out of all of the 2009.2010 'park' skis that I got to test I thought that the Dynastar Spin was the best 'park' ski interms of all mountain performance. It held an edge like no other park ski I have been on. Overall more comfortable making longer rather then shorter turns, but shorter turns can be cranked out w/out sliding the tails around. Skied it really fast and had no problems with that. I really recommend it.
Dynastar tried something new with their edges this year, and it will be interesting to see if it helps.

How so? Its what allows you to carve well. Whether it is on the groomers, or off the lip of a jump, or in the pipe.

Cause if you're doing rails, i've heard that its bad to have sharp edges for them.

sharp edges can be put on any ski. But not every ski has good edge grip. Edge grip is determined by how well the ski transfers force to the edge, and how well it can hold the turn throughout the whole ski with out it washing out.
Sharp edges can help, but not all there is too it.
