I was trying to do retarded flippydo shit on my neighbors olympic tramp today and i'm pretty sure i tweaked and sprained my knee and it hurts real bad NS...

just thought i'd share.

vic doesnt work for me and upsets my stomach... the bourbon would just make me puke when it mixed with the vic...

my intolerance to vic is actually why I have a marajuana card... (normal painkillers dont work very well)

Ice it and try and stay off of it, i sprained my knee like a year or 2 ago i used crutches for a week and iced it alot and i was cocked locked and ready to rock after that like 10 days
